 A further core business of my engineering office is the planning of the property. This  encompasses the design, planning and completion of individual buildings. Taking  technical, economical, sociological and aesthetic parameters into consideration, all  aspects of the planning (preliminary, blueprint, approval and execution planning),  preparation and involvement in awarding contracts, construction supervision, object  supervision, coordination and creative design among others will be rendered as part  of the service contract.

 

 Professional Construction Management

 Along with the general planning I offer to take over the complete architectural and    engineering commitments. The client therefore only has to deal with one contact  person and partner. In addition to the reduction of planning and contract interfaces  the client receives one comprehensive service incorporating all integral demands  regarding design, planning and completion.
