IPC Handbook

 

◊       Internal Factory Production Control Handbook

For every European standard introduced you will need, in future, a handbook for control of factory production. This will give the essential organisational steps covering your production process. We will compile this handbook and revise it when necessary.

◊       Declaration of Conformity / CE Marking
The mandate European standards demand a declaration of conformity for building products to be able to label them with the CE mark. We will compile these documents on your behalf and accompany you through the necessary product testing (initial testing etc.). We will analyse the product testing and categorise your products according to the standard categories.

◊       E-Stelle according to DIN 1045 ,T 2-4 , or e.g. ( DIN V 4034, DIN 1201)

According to the DIN EN 1045 standard, sections 2-4, one person is required to have certification of advanced training in concrete technology. My years of experience in the field of pre-fabricated technology allow me to point out optimisation and oversee all questions about concrete technology. Using computer programmes I will prepare solutions on site which conform to the latest state of technology. I will also advise you in the presence of the external tester. The correct product testing on your own factory machines or in selected “W” testing centres is also part of my service.

 

◊       E-Stelle according to DIN 1045 T2

The contents of the previous paragraph apply correspondingly for the DIN 1045 T4.

 

◊       Certificate of Conformity

I will prepare reports under private law on the subject of DIN EN1338, 1339, 1340 and DIN 1045 T2-T4 standards using the latest information and communication media.

 

◊       Training

Clients in my care will receive specific training twice a year, free of charge.
